Please keep these terms in mind.

You will be hiring a skilled professional. Custom photography is an investment that you will treasure for years and generations to come. Please read my terms in mind and understand that by hiring me you agree to the following terms.

Terms

1. Please cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance. Appointments that our cancelled within 24 hours are subject to $35 cancellation fee. This fee will be taken from your deposit, and the remainder will be returned to you within 5 days via mail.

2. Allow 1-2 weeks for your final prints and/or disc.

3. Custom greeting cards are non-refundable

4. Payment must be paid at time of order if ordering prints.

5. Cash, and Checks are accepted.

6. Prices are subject to change anytime. Please refer to pricing page a few days before appointment.

8.Copyright laws protect all images. Failure to comply could result in legal fines.

9. All sales are final

10. Bounced checks will be subject to a fee.(Also, against the law)

11. After viewing proofs and placing order you are agreeing to prints purchased. Please let me know if you want items sent a certain way. If not all Products are sent USPS.
